Drat, drat and quadruple drat!

1st: 4 majors, 13 minors.

2nd:  2 minors… and I can’t remember how many minors (for some reason, that entire test has become a mental blank to me, bar the drive home and moments of panic in the manouvers)

3rd: 1 major, 7 minors,

4th: 4 majors, 3(?) minors!

From what I gather, smart people find it harder to drive. Therefore, I must be a genius!

The words, ‘I am so pissed off about this’ are often thrown about in conversation, but it’s hard to remember the last time I have had such self pitying, stomach dissolving disappointment. After all, I have essentially wasted another stupid sum of money by hitting the kerb. Twice. The ride home from the test was also really uncomfortable, as my teacher could not think of anything to say to me. She was so disappointed that most of the journey home occurred in silence. I’m now trying to book another test and find an intensive driving school, as this (all of this) is quite frankly getting rediculous. I don’t blame my instructor, I just blame myself for the bad luck.

Here’s hoping the 5th time is the charm.

  1. *snugs* I’m sorry you keep having such a run of bad luck with it. On the other hand, when counting up how many times you took the test please do note that you started taking yours a lot earlier after you started lessons than I or probably quite a few others did (I had a good couple of hundred lessons…I can’t find my book right now but I know it was slightly over a full two years of weekly two hour lessons…but then I was REALLY CRAP and slow to pick anything up you are obviously overall have more aptitude for it considering how soon you were considered test ready), you can’t measure yourself accurately by other people.

    *hugs*
